Configuring point rules
Set up how many points customers earn per purchase and configure optional rules.
Point rules determine how many points customers earn on each order. You configure them in Settings → Rules.
Points rate
The points rate controls how many points a customer earns per DKK (or your currency). The default is 1 point per 1 DKK.
Example: if you set the rate to 2 points per 1 DKK, a customer who spends 100 DKK earns 200 points.
Rounding behavior
Points are always rounded down to the nearest whole number. A 99.90 DKK order at 1 point/DKK awards 99 points.
Minimum order value
You can set a minimum order value below which no points are awarded. For example, set it to 50 DKK to exclude small orders from earning points.
Start simple
The default 1 point per 1 DKK is easy for customers to understand. Complex point systems can confuse customers and reduce engagement. Keep it simple.
