Connect your Shopify store
Step-by-step guide to connecting your Shopify store to Clubhouse.
Connecting Shopify takes about a minute. Once connected, Clubhouse automatically receives all paid orders through a webhook — no manual exports or imports required.
No developer needed
You don't need to create a custom app or copy any API keys or codes from Shopify. Clicking "Connect with Shopify" takes you straight to Shopify's own authorization screen — approve it there and you're connected.
Prerequisites
- A Clubhouse account (you're already signed in)
- Admin access to your Shopify store
Steps
- In the Clubhouse dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations.
- Under the Shopify section, enter your store domain in the format yourstorename.myshopify.com (without https://).
- Click "Connect with Shopify".
- You'll be redirected to Shopify to review the requested permissions and authorize the connection.
- You'll be redirected back to Clubhouse. The Shopify card will show a green "Connected" status.
Webhook created automatically
When you connect Shopify, Clubhouse automatically creates a webhook in your Shopify store that listens for "orders/paid" events. You don't need to create it manually.
Verify the connection
To verify the connection is working, place a test order in your Shopify store. Within a few seconds, the order should appear in your Clubhouse Members table and the customer's point balance should update.
Troubleshooting
- Order not syncing? Check that the webhook is active in Shopify Admin → Settings → Notifications → Webhooks.
- Wrong store connected? Go through "Connect with Shopify" again with the correct store domain — it will replace the existing connection.
- Authorization failed? Make sure you have admin access to the Shopify store.
