Showing the loyalty widget to your customers

The difference between the storefront widget and your shareable loyalty page, and how to turn the widget on.

Connecting Shopify only sets up the order webhook — it does not automatically show anything to your customers. Clubhouse gives you two separate ways to let customers see their points and redeem rewards, and you can use either or both.

The two customer-facing surfaces

You do not have to choose

Most stores use both: the widget for in-store visibility, and the shareable link in an email or a navigation menu item.

Turning on the storefront widget

  1. In Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes → Customize.
  2. In the theme editor, click "App embeds" in the left sidebar.
  3. Find "Clubhouse loyalty widget" in the list and switch it on.
  4. Save. The widget button now appears on your storefront for all visitors.

Quick link from the dashboard

Once Shopify is connected, Settings → Integrations shows an "Open theme editor" link that jumps straight to the App embeds panel with Clubhouse pre-selected.

Go to Rewards → Branding. Your loyalty page link is shown there with a copy button — share it however you like (store navigation, order confirmation emails, social bio links, etc.).
